The deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. Please check the detailed cancellation policy for your specific trip. 

If something happens in your life and you can't come, talk to us. We will do our best to move you to another trip within 12 months. We do ask you to have travel insurance, because there's a limit to what we can accommodate on small group trips.

What if I need to cancel?

It's so normal. Most of the women on our trips book alone and arrive not knowing anyone. The group is small enough that by the second evening nobody's a stranger. Don't worry you won't be left to find your own way into the group.

If you did want to come with a friend, then that's fine too.

I'm coming on my own. Is that normal?

Yes, and please do. Some women come once, get what they came for, and that's the right amount. Others come every year, or twice a year, and treat it as something they do rather than something they did.

The three avenues are different on purpose, so coming back doesn't mean repeating yourself. Each destination also holds their own energy and may be worth exploring just because of that already.

Can I come to more than one?

Nobody if forced to talk. We ask for your intention at the beginning of the trip and there is a great benefit to being in a room with strangers. But there is no need to explain your lifes story if you don't want to. This is an experience for you. An experience where we want you going home feeling lighter, brighter and more you then when you arrived.

What if I don't want to talk about my personal life?

It happens, and it isn't a judgment on you. We want to curate the experiences to the best benefit for all and a no then usually means the timing is wrong. If we think you'd be better served by a different kind of week, or by a different trip of ours. we'll say that directly rather than going quiet on you. If there's a better fit coming up we'll tell you what and when. You can also go on the list for the next trip.

What happens if I apply and you say no?

No. Roughly half, if not more, of the women on any given trip have never done either. There's nothing to prepare and nothing to get right. You lie down, you're talked through it, and whatever happens is what was going to happen. The women who've done it before aren't further ahead of you; they just know what the room feels like.

I've never done breathwork or a cacao ceremony. Will I be the only one?
